About the role: Salary starting at $102,348.00 + 16% SuperannuationFree gym membership + onsite physioFulltime, maximum term (6 months)Key responsibilities: Provide administration support to the Scheduling Team, working to standardised scheduling and works preparation processes using common tools (Cityworks) and existing guidelines and support materials.Work collaboratively with Schedulers to effectively schedule the resources for all works issued in accordance with the agreed priorities and timeframes.Undertake administration activities including recording minutes and actions from meetings, monitoring of works preparation activities to ensure any actions are addressed in a timely manner, monitoring group email accounts.Work across teams to assist in supporting all scheduling activities and assist coordinating and administering the delivery activities completed ahead of field delivery.Our ideal candidate: You take active steps to ensure the safety of your colleagues and our community, championing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.Experienced with using desktop applications such as Cityworks and systems and considerable analytical experience in prioritising work.Working understanding of the principles of effective scheduling, planning, work implementation and resource management.Proficiency in problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex challenges with innovative and effective solutions.Strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills.Apply now Apply through our Recruitment Portal by submitting your resume and a cover letter that clearly outlines the key skills, knowledge and experience you can bring to the role.
