The Role The Workplace Services Administrator assists the Workplace Services Officer by enhancing the employee and end user experience by delivering a high level of administrative and operational support.
This is an entry level role which will suit candidates from a customer service background looking to start their career in facilities management.
Key tasks and responsibilities include: Monitor and maintain ABN Facilities inbox Timely response to email and phone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders Assist with car park enquiries and co-ordination of internal client bookings Manage new staff induction processes as required Stock and inventory management Mailroom operations including outgoing and incoming mail distribution Assist with the booking of courier services Assist Social Club and Marketing teams for event set-up Monitor cleanliness and presentation of ABN Leederville headquarters Create and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers You Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills, qualifications and experience: Strong verbal and written communications skills Customer-centric mindset and genuine desire to deliver an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders Excellent organisation, time-management and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work effectively, meet tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment High standard of personal presentation Good computer and administrative skills Strong alignment to the ABN Group Values; Fun, Authentic, Relentless, Passion, Leadership and Excellence Why ABN?
