Working closely with the GM of Workplace Relations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the business receives the right advice and outcomes on all matters related to Workplace Relations. This is an operational role where you will be involved at all levels to build and drive best practice. You will need a consultative and collaborative style coupled with experience in EBA negotiations (essential) and a commercial and action-oriented approach to your work. This will suit someone with tertiary qualifications in Law or Industrial Relations who would like to build their career within a corporate environment with an outstanding culture.
