If you're looking to grow your Workplace Relations Specialist experience in enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial advice, and complex case management (including Fair Work Commission conciliations) then this will be a great opportunity for the right motivated candidate.
We operate on a hybrid working model with Offices based in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide for those days you're in the office.
Your main duties will include: Supporting and/or Leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations.Providing industrial relations advice on our enterprise agreements and Fair Work legislation.Supporting our P&C Business Partners with case management.About youYou will be passionate about all aspects of Workplace Relations.Demonstrated experience in reading, interpreting and applying Fair Work Instruments such as Modern Awards and/or Enterprise Agreements.Ability to read, interpret and apply Australian employment-related laws.Demonstrated experience using MS Excel to conduct audits and analysis of payroll and other employment data.Strong interpersonal skills with a particular focus on a customer service approach.Strong organisational skills.Ability to build relationships and persuade internal and external stakeholders.An inquisitive mind.A self-starting personality.For further information please contact Mark Douglas, National Manager Workplace Relations on 0447 801 895.
