Key Assets are a non-religious leading not-for-profit children's services agency with a focus on foster care, family support and disability. Key Assets are experiencing growth and looking to expand their People and Culture team to support their ongoing growth.Your new roleReady to join Key Assets as the Workplace Relations specialist? Your key responsibilities include:Managing non-complianceProviding industrial advice to the wider HR teamResponding to Fair WorkWorking with the UnionsDelivery of training both formal & informalWriting briefs and formal documentationWhat you'll need to succeedReady to take on this challenge? You'll need prior experience with the SCHADS Award, and be able to provide strong examples of your experience interpreting and using this Award. Industrial relations will be your forte, working with Fair Work and the Ombudsman will be second nature to you. You'll have experience managing non-compliance and bring exceptional problem-solving skills to this role to manage risk for Key Assets. To be considered for this Workplace Relations role, you must hold a Working With Children's Check, Police Check and Driving Licence as well as Covid vaccination.What you'll get in returnA newly created role that is ready to be shaped and support the business with critical work. This is a fixed-term contract until June 2025, with a salary of $115k + super + salary packaging. Other benefits include novated leasing, discounted health insurance and birthday leave (if your birthday falls in the fixed term period!).
