Mid-tier, well-known law firm client seeks a Workplace Relations Lawyer with a solid, consistent career history in ER/IR behind them. You will bring your expertise to a growing team of expert ER/IR lawyers. You will be afforded an excellent level of autonomy, and also a strong degree of support and excellent resources. You will be able to enjoy flexibility in terms of location & hours depending on your needs. You will relish the chance to carve your own path and not be micromanaged or clock watched.
You will be a 'people person', with an ability to develop strategic and cohesive partnerships with clients. Those who have experience providing client training, presentations, and who can actively demonstrate networking activities in the past will be considered favourably. You will be well versed in advising on all manner of employment and industrial relations matters, as well as advocating in litigated disputes in the Fair Work Commission and State and Federal Courts. You may have experience in providing Work Health and Safety advice, assessing employment-related legal risks, and advising on commercially relevant options; and advising on remuneration and termination matters.
