Workplace and Employment Lawyers - Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth We are searching for talented Workplace practitioners to join our rapidly expanding national practice. We have multiple opportunities in our Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth offices.
Australia's Workplace Relations reforms are requiring our clients to proactively address both the challenges and opportunities – at speed. We are actively looking for talented Workplace practitioners who are strategic thinkers, focussed and agile. You will be joining a practice that has an exciting growth strategy led by a dynamic group of partners.

Our Team  Our national Workplace practice is recognised by Chambers & Partners in the 'National Leaders – Employment' category. With 23 partners across Australia, we advise clients on the full spectrum of employment, industrial relations, underpayment of wages and remediation, human rights and anti-discrimination, WHS, investigations, and global mobility law.
We partner with major domestic and international clients, as well as having a strong public sector client base. We work on many of the market leading matters across all areas of our practice.
More About You  We welcome applications from candidates with: 
a minimum 3 years' experience in employment, industrial relations, underpayment of wages and remediation, workplace investigations, human rights or WHS law (or a similar level of experience in high level commercial litigation with an interest in employment law) 
(for Senior Associates) significant industrial relations experience including in enterprise bargaining 
a client-focussed approach and the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and peers 
experience running matters and the ability to drive a matter forward autonomously where appropriate 
leadership capability, including experience delegating to and mentoring graduates, lawyers, and paralegals in the group 
an interest in and willingness to contribute to business development initiatives for the practice group.
