The Scope The practice advises clients on the full spectrum of employment, industrial relations, underpayment of wages and remediation, human rights and anti-discrimination, WHS, investigations, and global mobility law. They partner with major domestic and international clients, as well as having a strong public sector client base. We work on many of the market leading matters across all areas of our practice. Your Profile a minimum of 3 years' experience in employment, industrial relations, workplace investigations, human rights or WHS law (or a similar level of experience in high level commercial litigation with an interest in employment law) (for Senior Associates) significant industrial relations experience including in enterprise bargaining a client-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and peers experience running matters and the ability to drive a matter forward autonomously where appropriate an interest in and willingness to contribute to business development initiatives for the practice group.
