WORKPLACE INVESTIGATOR SOUGHT AT JUSTITIA LAWYERSJustitia is seeking an investigator to conduct workplace investigations. Part-time and fully remote applicants welcome. We require flexibility – sometimes we will need you to work a little more than your regular hours, but you'll get time off in lieu for the work that you do.At Justitia, you will be conducting a variety of workplace investigations, preliminary assessments and workplace reviews. Skills and experience in any of the following areas would be valued:The application of procedural fairness principles to workplace investigationsConducting complex and sensitive workplace investigations into matters such as bullying, sexual harassment and discriminationConducting investigations under the Reportable Conduct SchemeThe application of whistleblower and protected disclosure legislation to workplace investigationsConducting investigations for the public sectorYou do not need to have all of the above skillsets, but you must have:excellent writing and analytical skills;an ability to work collaboratively and when required, autonomously;an ability to manage multiple matters with often competing deadlines; andan interest and capacity to be client-focused.Applicants should also be prepared to provide referees who can speak to the quality of their work, commitment to teamwork and ability to build client relationships, in addition to the attributes outlined above.If you join our team, you can expect to be mentored and supported in order to thrive at work.
