Description Summary Wellways is looking to expand our small but growing Workplace Health & Safety Team with the introduction of a new position – Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Coordinator.
The role will report to and support the National Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to maintain WHS compliance and drive a positive health and safety culture across Wellways.
The Wellways WHS Coordinator values communication and connection.
You are skilled at developing and maintaining rapport with a wide range of stakeholders and are adept at building the WHS literacy of others.
You are well versed in current WHS legislation across different jurisdictions in Australia and understand the importance of timely action.
You value the social, psychological, and physical experiences of safety and are committed to supporting employees and people leaders to own safety at Wellways.
You bring a high level of integrity coupled with a clear attention to detail.
The Wellways WHS Coordinator position is offered as Full Time or Part Time (0.8 FTE) with flexible working arrangements considered.
