McCrystal Agricultural Services Pty Ltd – Bundaberg QLD
McAg is an industry leader in the sustainable provision of skilled labour with deep ties to the primary production horticulture sector.
At McAg we pride ourselves on our ability to offer reliable staff who are not only skilled workers, but who are also developing and growing personally to become leaders within our organisation, within Host organisations and within their communities both in Australia and abroad.
Our staff are led by a dedicated team of industry professionals who build them up to become leaders amongst themselves, striving for success in both their work and personal lives.
This unique approach allows McAg to provide long term value adding labour solutions for our host employers in a labour market where skilled labour is increasingly difficult to find.
Our approach delivers reverse aid to disadvantaged pacific island and Timor-Leste communities not just through economic stimulus, but also by upskilling and returning developed individuals to their communities, having participated in our industry leading training and development program.
McAg holds a wide range of government and industry accreditations.
This allows us to not only provide holistic skilled labour service solutions but also facilitate and satisfy broad national and international market access requirements.
Without such accreditations, market access will become increasingly limited within the agricultural sector.
Our licenses and accreditations include but are not limited to the following:
Australian Government approved Seasonal Worker Program employer
Australian Government approved Seasonal Worker Program labour hire provider
Australian Government approved Pacific Labour Scheme employer
Queensland Government labour hire licensed
SEDEX accredited
As an approved employer under the PALM scheme, McAg delivers a unique value proposition to our customers through our ability to upskill and retain return workers.
Many of our Seasonal Workers return year after year to work in our business and for our customers and are delighted with the development opportunities presented to them during their stay in Australia.
Likewise McAg are privileged to build strong working and personal relationships with our workers, and this positive culture flows down through the organisation to the benefit of our customers and community.
