About the RoleRamsay Health Care is seeking a WHS Coordinator to effectively support the National Safety Team and National Safety Manager in the management of the company safety management system (RamAusSMS) and the promotion of work health and safety across the three facilities.
This position will be permanent full-time, reporting directly to the NSW Safety Manager.
Your Skills and ExperienceTertiary qualifications in WH&SExperience in Work Health and Safety and demonstrated knowledge in relevant WHS legislationExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsEffective skills in planning, time management, problem solving and decision makingCommitment to the achievement of excellent outcomes, with a strong sense of accountability and customer serviceDesirable Skills and ExperienceCertificate IV Workplace Training and AssessmentExperience within the health industry or a large organisationRemunerationA base annual salary of $100k - $110k + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Ramsay Clinic Thirroul is a 43-bed facility and is Australia's first women's only, stand-alone trauma-informed mental health facility, providing both inpatient care and day programs.
