Workplace Health and Safety AdvisorChandler Macleod are seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Advisor to join our client based in Melbourne CBD.
This role is a full-time 6-month temporary contract starting in January 2025.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on health, safety, and wellbeing to executives, managers, and staff.Assist in delivering programs such as Mental Health and Wellbeing training and the Peer Support Programs.Develop and maintain policies, reports, and documentation on OHS and psychosocial hazards.Manage hazard, incident, and injury registers, ensuring timely corrective actions.Support ergonomic and remote working assessments and promote psychological safety initiatives.Key Selection Criteria:Minimum 3 years experience in a Health and Safety role.Demonstrated ability to provide expert advice and clear communication on health, safety, and wellbeing matters.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Proven relationship-building capabilities across diverse teams and levels.If you suit the above criteria please APPLY now - Sarah At Chandler Macleod.We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
