As our Workplace Experience Lead you will be responsible for the Leadership and delivery of the Workplace Experience in our Brisbane Office.
Leading by example you will create a welcoming experience in our Welcome floor and coordinate meetings & events across our Region with the aim of creating elevated memorable experiences for our clients, visitors and employees.
Your role will include: Coordinate meetings & events through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers Anticipate client, visitor and employee needs, provide prompt response to requests, provide recommendations and proactively troubleshoot problems and find solutions Look for innovative ways to broaden the Workplace Experience offering and ensure seamless processes to continuously improve client and employee experience Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors to develop and maintain strong relationships Work closely with the Queensland Workplace Operations team and the broader Australia and New Zealand Workplace Experience team to deliver a consistent high-quality experience.
Daily ad hoc workplace operational tasks, such as preparing barista-style coffee, arranging & scheduling meeting rooms, and coordinating kitchen supplies – maybe even wash dishes from time to time!

Specifically: Experience in a similar role managing corporate hospitality or events in a people centric environment Strong organisational, coordination and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication and the ability to consult/provide recommendations Ability to work under pressure, pivot and apply a solution focused lens to challenges that arise Demonstrate leadership qualities and a calm, collaborative approach Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for corporate hospitality and event management Self-starter who is adaptable, resilient and thrives in a fast paced, exciting, people centric environment Who is Aurecon?
