Workplace Experience Coordinator (12 month FTC) VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games.
Our Workplace Experience team in Sydney is currently looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join the team for a period of 12-months.
The Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, creating a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment for all employees.
This role involves managing day-to-day office facilities and ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Due to the nature of the role, there is a requirement to be in the office 5 days per week.
Key responsibilities will include: Coordinate the day-to-day operations to ensure an efficient and safe work environment, under the guidance of the Workplace Experience Lead.
Complete JIRA service desk requests, ensuring timely response to requests in accordance with established service expectations, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the office and ensure all correspondence is handled promptly and efficiently.
Ensure cost-effective use of resources and tracking expenses within the allocated budget provided by the Workplace Experience Lead.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
Plan and execute in office events from start to finish, including managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring proper event setup for a seamless and successful experience.
Effectively and efficiently complete all administrative tasks including; completing financial credit card reconciliations, supporting meeting room requests and posting team wide communications.
Manage office access cards, including issuing new cards for employees and visitors, revoking access during offboarding, and conducting regular card audits and reporting to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Coordinate all office maintenance needs including repairs and cleaning services to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
What you will bring to the role: Proven experience in a similar role in a fast growth dynamic environment with a hybrid way of working.
Previous experience in workplace experience, employee engagement or office coordination is highly desirable.
Experience executing and hosting events.
Basic understanding of project coordination, with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
Familiarity with Work Health and Safety guidelines and emergency management processes is desirable.
High levels of attention to detail and proactive problem solving skills.
Creative thinker and innovative, with an eye for detail, design and presentation.
