How will your ideas contribute to shaping what's next?Our NSWACT Workplace team is looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to be a vital part of how we deliver an excellent Workplace Experience in our Sydney, Newcastle and Canberra offices.
Our Workplace Experience team is based in the Concierge/Welcome Lounge area of our Sydney office, and as part of the team you'll communicate our brand through creating an inclusive, welcoming environment and providing elevated and memorable experiences for clients, visitors, and employees.
We're looking for someone who will bring their skills and capabilities to drive and elevate all we do in our Workplace Experience space. We want a person who enjoys a challenge, using data and insights, to understand what a good customer experience looks like, then have the vision and aptitude to deliver.
This is a great role for someone who is passionate about Workplace Experience, and is keen to develop their skills and career in an exciting ambitious new team.
Your role will include:
Creating a welcoming, on-brand first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests from our concierge point in the welcome space.Leading the service offering of our Concierge and Welcome Space services. Managing the organisation of the welcome floor, Eminence space and adjacent meeting rooms.Providing a proactive level of service by:anticipating client and visitor needsmanaging practical requirements such as security passes and WiFi accessproviding prompt response to requeststaking initiative by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions.Working with the Workplace Experience team to manage the region's office phone lines.Supporting our Workplace Experience team in the coordination of office-based events and activations.Support the delivery of our Workplace Communications plan, including coordination of Digital Signage, SharePoint site and other forms of communication.Proactively engaging with internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors to develop and maintain strong relationships with the view to model good experience delivery for the business.Developing a thorough knowledge of the business and local area and be able to research and find information on any topic relevant to the situation using reliable sources and tools.Working with the broader Workplace team to continuously improve the workplace experience across the region.How will your future be shaped by us?Joining Aurecon means you'll be at the award-winning edge of innovation and sustainability.
