The Opportunity: Maternity leave coverage role for 6 months: Mon - Fri Assisting the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations Facilities administration work – purchase orders, data and maintenance registers Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client Roles available range from entry level to more experienced Facilities Coordinators Our ideal person is someone who: Is confident in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively Is dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer-centric approach to all tasks Is enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills Is able to think quickly on their feet and problem solve Has intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role What's in it for you?
