The Opportunity: Be the face of our Hobart office and welcome clients and visitors who contact or attend the local office.Continually identify areas for improvement to optimise the workplace experience.Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.Plan, organise, and coordinate workplace events in line with company-wide initiatives and office-specific events.Provide administration support, offering cross-functional team support and coverage.Format documents for project delivery.Organise training and travel arrangements.Contribute to the internal communication channel by sharing updates with the wider business.Assist the Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Environment Manager in maintaining the company Integrated Management System (IMS).Administer pool car services and vehicle care (Valid driver's license is required).Coordinate office tasks (e.g., stationery, mail/couriers, basic facilities management).What you bring: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office environment working with multiple stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in a role centered around people and focused on delivering exceptional client or customer service.Quick learner with the capability to adapt to digital tools and new systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication.Team-oriented collaborator with the ability to influence colleagues at all levels within the organization.Friendly and energetic personality with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.Proactive, adaptable, and resilient; you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, people-focused environment.Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills preferred.A team player but also comfortable working autonomously.Why join us: We're a friendly bunch who are passionate about our work.
