Your role with us:As the first point of contact for new arrivals, you will represent Easygo in a public-facing customer service role, welcoming staff and visitors, ensuring their experience of the company is positive and that their business is handled in a timely and effective manner. The Receptionist role sits within the Workplace Experience Team working collaboratively towards continuous improvement of service levels at the Easygo office. You will be responsible for managing the reception desk and supporting the workplace experience and Talent acquisition teams in day to day duties.
What you will do:Provide efficient and friendly assistance to internal and external stakeholders arriving at the officeEnsure that the reception area is tidy and well-presented and visitors sign in on arrivalManage mail & parcel distribution throughout the office, including receiving, distributing, and storing deliveriesAssist the Talent Acquisition function by scheduling interviews, greeting candidates arriving for interviews and other administrative tasksManage new staff onboarding administration and welcome pack preparationLog maintenance requests across our Melbourne offices and manage all contractors attending on-siteWork collaboratively with the Work Experience team to provide an outstanding experience for all Easygo employees and visitors to the officeWork with the Workplace Experience Specialist to ensure the reception desk is covered at all timesManage the security pass system, including new card creation, offboarding and maintaining stock levels of cards, covers, and lanyardsAssist the Workplace Experience team with ad hoc administrative tasks, fit out requirements and eventsYou will act as the main point of contact for the security team, ensuring there is a handover at the end of shift each day.What you will bring:Experience in Customer Service or related industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Google suite - gmail, calendar, docs and sheetsA year or more in a reception, admin or an EA roleYou'll be well organised, able to prioritise and manage your time effectively, and act transparently with those you work withYou'll enjoy problem-solving and enjoy the various challenges that come with a fast-paced and evolving organisation.Bonus points if you also have:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational skills and able to take initiativeAttention to detail & ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProfessional and adaptable with strong problem-solving skillsThe ability to work independently and autonomously.Some of the perks of working for us:EAP access for you and your familyAccess to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development PlatformTwo full-time barista's who will make your daily coffee, tea or fresh juice!Daily catered breakfastMassage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this!Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4pm on FridaysFun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consolesHelp yourself drinks fridges and snack shelves"We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant"
