What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking a passionate Workplace Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in North Sydney. You'll contribute to the delivery of onsite workplace services at our global technologies client HQ at 1 Denison, partnering with clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Overview of the role: Assist with operational activities in accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, purchasing, and occupancy servicesManage customer relationships and meet contract KPIsOversee vendor management and procurement processesMonitor site financial operations and budgetsCoordinate maintenance activities and asset managementAssist with projects and capital planningEnsure compliance with safety guidelines and risk managementSounds like you?
