What this opportunity involves: JLL seeks a passionate Workplace Coordinator for our Integrated Facilities Management team in Southbank.
You'll assist the Workplace Manager with diverse operational activities including finance, maintenance, vendor management, purchasing, occupancy services, projects, and helpdesk support.
This role is crucial in delivering top-tier onsite workplace services for our global technology client.
Overview of the role: Foster client relationships and manage service delivery per KPIs and expectationsOversee vendor performance, compliance, and procurement processesMonitor financial operations, process orders, and collaborate on budget managementPromote workplace safety, participate in hazard reporting, and manage incidentsSupport IFM projects, capital planning, and stakeholder communicationConduct site inspections, manage maintenance activities, and maintain asset recordsCoordinate subcontracted services and provide 24/7 emergency supportImplement risk management programs and maintain business continuity plansEnsure compliance with JLL's business conduct guidelines and best practicesDemonstrate strong organizational skills, software proficiency, and autonomous work abilitySounds like you?
