Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What this opportunity involves:As the Workplace Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end occupant experience within the Melbourne corporate location of our client – Australia's largest telecommunications company.You'll be the key point of contact for our client, regarding any workplace activities at the site level. Oversee the day-to-day service delivery and ensure the workplace experience for all staff and guests is a welcoming and memorable one!An overview of the role:Oversee the maintenance and operations of vendors for soft services.Support the development and implementation of strategic and operational business plans for facilities and drive effective financial management.Daily management of work orders using JLL in-house management system.Assist in budgeting, invoice approval, and monthly financial reporting.Go-to onsite contact for facilities and property queries.Ensure maintenance requests are actioned within specified timeframes.Coordinate conference room booking and prepare conference rooms for meetings.Oversee catering for special events as required.Uphold site cleanliness and provide direction to cleaning staff to ensure spaces are kept clean and tidy.Monitor onsite health, safety, and risk management.Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:You'll have worked in a similar role in a corporate environment or have a background in Hospitality, Property Management, or a similar field.You will be a team player, able to build relationships and communicate efficiently. Providing excellent client service comes naturally to you.
