About the Role: We are looking for a Workplace Concierge to deliver exceptional experiences for employees, visitors, and guests of our client, Schneider Electric.
In this role, you'll bring our brand to life through every interaction, ensuring seamless workplace operations and top-tier customer service.
Job Description This is a fixed-term contract for 10 months.
Key Responsibilities: Lead a culture of exceptional customer service and inclusivity Manage access passes, visitor management, and VIP experiences Oversee mail management, locker assignments, and storage audits Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and catering Ensure operational efficiency in workplace services and soft facilities management Proactively improve workplace systems to enhance the customer journey What We're Looking For: A strong background in reception, hospitality, or customer service Professional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and solve problems with a common-sense approach Experience supervising a team Minimum completion of Higher School Certificate; Certificate III in Hospitality preferred Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
