What this opportunity involves: As the Workplace Coordinator, you'll be the professional face of the client organization, ensuring safe and compliant facilities are maintained at all times while managing continuous improvement of Facilities Management and Business Support Services!
An overview of the role: Manage and improve Facilities Management and Business Support ServicesEnsure safe and compliant facilitiesSupport office moves and new employee setupsOversee workplace security and contractor managementHandle billing and administrative tasksMaintain premises and coordinate repairsSounds like you? This is what we are looking for: The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administration experience, embodies JLL's core behaviors, and possesses strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and new IT systems.
They must work independently, manage complex tasks, adapt to change, interact confidently with all organizational levels, and efficiently handle conflicts and priorities while maintaining honesty and trustworthiness.
