What this opportunity involves: As the Workplace Coordinator, you'll be the professional face of the client organisation, ensuring safe and compliant facilities are maintained at all times while managing continuous improvement of Facilities Management and Business Support Services!
An overview of the role: Manage and improve Facilities Management and Business Support Services Ensure safe and compliant facilities Support office moves and new employee setups Oversee workplace security and contractor management Handle billing and administrative tasks Maintain premises and coordinate repairs Sounds like you?
This is what we are looking for: The ideal candidate has 2+ years of administration experience, embodies JLL's core behaviors and possesses strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and new IT systems.
They must work independently, manage complex tasks, adapt to change, interact confidently with all organizational levels, and efficiently handle conflicts and priorities while maintaining honesty and trustworthiness.
