The Workplace Case Management Consultant provides key support and case management services in the investigation of serious breaches of the Code of Conduct.The position will work as a part of dedicated team in building shared capability across the Tasmanian State Service (TSS) including the management of serious Code of Conduct matters.

Period of AppointmentWe have one position available, for a fixed-term period of 3 Years.
Hours per fortnightUp to 73.5 hours - flexible options available.
DutiesProvide advice and support in case management services into the investigation of serious breaches of the Code of Conduct and represent the State Service (Employer) and Agencies in various formal and informal settings, when required. Support the investigations into alleged serious breaches of the State Service Code of Conduct.Contribute to building capability across the State Service in the management and investigation of all alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct through advice, guidance and the development of supporting tools and resources.Liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders, including Tasmania Police, and registration/accreditation bodies.Analyse information from a range of sources and prepare communication material and documents that easily understood by the intended audience in relation to case management of allegations of serious breaches of the Code of Conduct.The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (such as Law, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources Management) and/or experience in employment management matters.
