What you'll do: As the Workplace Adjustments Delivery Lead, you will provide case management and support team members with disabilities and/or neurodivergence across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in ensuring team members receive the workplace adjustments they need to succeed and thrive at Woolworths. You will partner with the Injury Care team, internal stakeholders, and external providers.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for effective case management and coordinate assessments when requiredEffective case management and coordination of Workplace AdjustmentsProvide a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments.Assist managers in supporting team members with disabilityManage the intersection between a workplace adjustment and possible JobAccess funding, together with knowledge of relevant legislative frameworksManage and coordinate moving approx. 200 team members from supported wages to open employment conditionsProvide disability-specific secondary consultation to support broader teams to provide more accessible, safe, and inclusive care to people with a disability.What you'll bring: Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative frameworks (e.g., Disability Discrimination Act 1992, Disability Act 2006), support mechanisms, and service providers in relation to workplace adjustments, disability support, and disability discrimination with a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in the provision of services to team members living with disability.Experience providing case management and/or support services to people with disability, preferably in a workplace context.Knowledge of challenges and supports available to individuals living with disabilities, such as JobAccess and NDIS referral pathways and support.An understanding of disability employment and the ability to provide support to people with disability, neurodivergence, long-term medical/chronic conditions, and/or mental health conditions in a manner that is empathetic, sensitive, and supports their agency.Demonstrated experience in the disability, advocacy, and health sphere.Demonstrated experience in project management and project delivery including evaluation processes and the ability to maintain accurate records for reporting and future planning purposes.Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
