Job Description - Workpack Developer (261427) UGL are seeking an experienced Workpack Developer to join our team supporting a maintenance shutdown.
This will be a casual role with an expected 6-month duration, commencing November 2024.
This role will see you play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of an upcoming dust suppression project in Newman, WA.
You will be working a 5/2 roster in the Perth CBD, then a 2/1 fly-in fly-out roster once started on site, from February 2025 (approximate only).
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain comprehensive workpacks for various phases of the project.
Collaborate with the client and project management teams to ensure accurate detail in the client's shutdown plan and the detailed documentation provided to the PM and the Client.
Identify and address potential issues and risks within the work schedule and workpacks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of workpacks to reflect project changes and advancements.
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring seamless execution of workpacks.
Support with QA/QC works.
About you: 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Strong mechanical background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
