About The Role
WorkPac is currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our esteemed client's team based in Hedland.
This position is Monday to Friday, for a 12 month duration, full time hours.
Duties And Responsibilities
Provide recruitment support and guidance to managers and senior leaders.
Build and maintain talent pipelines, identifying and engaging top talent.
Develop sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
Manage the day-to-day recruitment processes, ensuring data integrity and pre-employment document collection.
Ensure consistent and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to attracting and retaining the best talent to support organizational growth.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring the right people are hired at the right time.
Skills And Experience
Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
National Police Clearance.
Current 'C' class driver's license.
Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently and effectively.
