Location: Mulgoa Rd, Penrith
Key Benefits: Daily Allowance: $43.73 Meal Allowance: $16.70 (Payable after 1.5 Hours of ordinary hours) Shift Allowances: 15% for Afternoon/Nightshift Roster: 10 nights per month on a cycle Week one: 3 night shifts, 2 paid stand downs at day rate for 8 hours, working 3 night shifts.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of operators on the Mulgoa Rd upgrade project. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Manage live traffic conditions effectively during operations. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Provide training and mentorship to team members. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in road construction or upgrade projects. Strong leadership and communication skills.
