WorkPac is seeking an Administrator to join our client for a 6 month duration based in Yatala, QLD.
Key Responsibilities Include: First point of contact for all incoming calls and guests Ensure incoming and outgoing mails and e-mails are attended to, sorted and distributed in a timely manner, including daily airbags locally and interstate. Operate and maintain office equipment and landline telephones. Purchase and control of stationery and office supplies. Maintain and archive records. Ensure correct assignment of account entries Process and submit to A/P Department for payment Create Purchase Orders/Goods receipts Raise POs as needed Reconcile and receive goods in correct storage location Process daily Delivery and Goods Returned dockets Manage daily stock requests and transfers thru the mobile sales force automation tool Submit weekly timesheet to HR Accept and process customer payments Reconcile customer accounts Process payments for banking Retrieve information from SAP as required Prepare reports as needed by the State Manager Skills and Experience Required: Cert III in Administration (Preferred) Full Australian Drivers License Apply Now Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact:
