About your new role
Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children
You will be responsible for the day to day management of your classroom and flexible routines
Work as a lead educator to provide creative learning experiences
Mentor and lead your room team to include collaboration, reflection and respect
Work at all times in compliance with Government Regulations to meet high quality standards
Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community
Provide a comprehensive transition to school program
A little about you
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA (can be working towards)
Experience in an early childhood setting
Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
Teachers registration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively lead a room environment
Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF
Looking for a permanent part-time position, preferably 37.5 hours per week.
