About Us: A leading construction & development company specialising in luxury residential projects & duplexes.
With a reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship, they work with some of the most prestigious builds in the market.
They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and oversee the delivery of high-end residential projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise and implementing solutions effectively.
Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding expectations.
Oversee the quality of finishes, ensuring the highest standards are met for high-end residential developments.
Coordinate with project management and design teams to ensure smooth execution of the project programme.
Manage procurement of materials and resources, ensuring efficient use on site.
Handle on-site administration, including preparing reports and keeping site records.
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and oversee complex project timelines.
Strong attention to detail, particularly with luxury finishes.
Must be trade qualified in Carpentry and/or Joinery.
