Monadelphous is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workforce Team Leader to join our Workforce Management team at our Victoria Park office.
In this key role, you will leverage your mobilisation and onboarding expertise to lead your team in meeting operational requirements while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across diverse scopes of work.
Your proven team leadership and management skills, strong communication skills, passion for customer service, and effective time management will see you foster  collaborative partnership with your team and key stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.

preferably within the resources sector is desirable, but not essential Demonstrated experience in leading a small team, working closely with your team to delegate and prioritise to deadlines Highly proficient in collaborating with site representatives and the broader workforce management team to deliver a seamless onboarding and mobilisation experience for employees and operational teams Highly adaptable to operational changes with the ability to communicate effectively and promptly with key internal and external stakeholders Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, complemented by a collaborative and supportive leadership approach Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Advanced computer literacy, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suite Valid proof of right to work in Australia Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
