As a Workforce Systems and Support Specialist, you'll use your skills in workforce and rostering management, to help achieve even more for all who need us.What you'll bring It takes a special kind of person to work in healthcare or community services.

Experience / Qualifications in business or related discipline Experience / knowledge of health sector industry classifications and awards Experience with workforce planning and rostering best practice Experience with rostering systems (for example RosterOn, Optima), from configuration to end user. Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve. A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to work. The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
About the Role Provided direct support to the Manager of Workforce Systems and Support, and at times may be required to lead the team in the managers absence. Responsible for implementation, configuration, monitoring, support and management of rostering system. Delivers RosterOn training to all aged care homes and hospitals. Provides BAU guidance in the use of roster tools, to support the Aged Care and Health Services roster framework. Provide ongoing BAU support for facility based rostering coordinators to ensure ongoing best practice in rostering and timely publishing of working rosters. Provides RosterOn technical support to all stakeholders, including managers and rostering staff. Use of computer and software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Produce reports as required to ensure rostering best practice and operational efficiency across all Aged Care facilities and Health Services sites.
