About Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services (KAMS) Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services Ltd (KAMS) is a regional Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service (ACCHS) committed to providing a unified voice and support for member services across the Kimberley region of Western Australia.
Established in 1986, KAMS has grown to encompass a network of health services that prioritise the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people.
Our comprehensive range of services includes financial and accounting support, regional population health programs, social and emotional wellbeing initiatives, and research.

Position Overview The Workforce Support Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of KAMS' workforce initiatives.
This position is designed for a proactive individual who is passionate about supporting workforce activities and resources, contributing to the achievement of KAMS' strategic objectives.
As part of a dynamic team, you will provide essential administrative support, engage with students in workforce programs, and assist in promoting training opportunities across the region.
Your efforts will directly impact the development of a skilled and effective Aboriginal health workforce.
Candidate Profile We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is ready to make a difference in the community.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent Understanding of Vocational Education and Training Excellent verbal and negotiation skills Willingness to travel Current WA Driver's licence or willingness to obtain one Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one If you have experience working in an Aboriginal Medical Service or a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), that would be a distinct advantage.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) would also enhance your application.
Salary & Benefits This position offers a competitive salary of $65,535 per annum pro-rata, along with additional allowances that include accommodation ($7,800), electricity ($1,440), district ($2,920), and annual airfare ($1,285) after 12 months of service.
