The APS Reform and Future of Work portfolio is the central point of contact for APS Reform and guides the broader department to adopt and operationalise a range of APS Reform priorities and initiatives.The Employee Engagement and Action portfolio is responsible for undertaking people-related employee engagement via the Survey Framework.The Employee Experience portfolio takes an 'outside in' approach to understanding the employee journey.The Workforce Strategy and Programs portfolio develops innovative and strategic workforce solutions.Our ideal candidate We are looking for an HR Professional who is passionate about making a difference and enjoys working in a rapidly evolving and forward-thinking environment. You will drive change and be at the forefront of HR practice and delivery.
Duties and responsibilities Conduct research to understand the global and organisational context to develop workforce solutions.Develop HR strategies to enable the delivery of organisational priorities.Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on HR Strategy matters.Contribute to the improvement of business processes.Display a thorough understanding of data literacy principles.Communicate with diverse audiences in various formats.Supervise, develop and manage the wellbeing of a team.Additional information Eligibility
