Workforce Reform are part of the People Engagement, Planning and Innovation Branch in the People Division.
The Branch is responsible for the design and delivery of the Department's overarching people and workforce capability strategies to ensure the workforce is equipped and supported to deliver on its business objectives that contribute to the broader Departmental outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities
Working under limited direction to conduct research to understand the global and organisational context to develop workforce solutions to achieve objectives.
Develop HR strategies to enable the delivery of organisational priorities.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders on a range of HR Strategy matters.
Contribute to the improvement of business processes.
Display a thorough understanding of, and ability to display data literacy principles, concepts methods and practices.
Communicate with diverse audiences in a variety of written, visual and oral formats.
Supervision, development and managing the wellbeing of a team.
Additional information
Fulfil the Agency's minimum requirements by satisfactorily answering all screening questions during the application process.
Satisfy a probation period (if applicable).
Relevant qualifications and experience are highly regarded.
