We are looking for a Workforce Rostering Coordinator to join our HomeCare team in Northern Rivers. You will be providing Rostering and Administration services to support clients and carers in Ballina, Goonellabah, Casino and surrounding areas. You will be a key team member helping to deliver a variety of services to meet our clients' unique circumstances and needs ranging from entry level through to complex health needs.
About the role
This role is a Fixed Term (6 months) Full Time role. The ideal candidate is a highly organised individual with experience using a rostering system and comes with exceptional administration and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in Aged Care or Home Care environment is beneficial.
Selection Criteria The ideal applicant will have the following skills and experiences:
Experience as an Administrator and a Scheduler. Act as a key liaison person for rostering between clients, managers, supervisors and employees. Support the Region with forward rostering and workforce planning, anticipating client needs and cycles. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail. A natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills. Ensure wise use of resources in terms of travel, makeup contract hours, overtime and broken shifts. Rostering all education, training, vaccinations and other operational requirements. Expertise to train and upskill the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with written and verbal communication skills. We Offer Competitive remuneration package.
