The Workforce Resourcing Advisor will be a valued member of the Workforce Resourcing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and knowledge in job design and coordination of end-to-end employee recruitment, selection and appointment, and onboarding processes.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business or working towards the same; or previous experience in a similar position.Knowledge of HRIS systems and rostering systems.Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing inquiries.Strong administrative skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, in particular MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience in the health industry (advantageous, but not essential).Employment Type: This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
