Department for Health and Wellbeing – Corporate and Infrastructure – Workforce ServicesSalary: $121,107 to $125,679 – ASO8 – Full Time / Ongoing appointmentOverview: The Workforce Relations Lead reports to the Director Strategic Industrial Relations and Senior Legal Adviser and provides strategic advice regarding complex industrial matters to enable an effective workplace relations advisory, negotiation and advocacy service on behalf for SA Health.
The Industrial Relations Team leads a number of challenging and exciting workforce relations projects in which you will work with a number of other government agencies, including the Attorney General's Department.
In this dynamic role, you will also be required to represent the Department for Health and Wellbeing before the South Australian Employment Tribunal and other forums in relation to industrial disputation and related legal matters. You may also be required to develop strategic bargaining agendas for health enterprise bargaining negotiations.
A great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop industrial relations and employment law expertise with 'hands on' workplace relations experience.
