Oversee and support all phases of multiple government recruitment processes (case management approach).Partner with key stakeholders across business groups to conduct workforce planning, support recruitment, and identify workforce risks and opportunities for effective provision of resources and capability.Provide information to assist with establishment management. Interpret workforce data to support business groups and teams to understand workforce implications at a tactical and strategic level.Provide strategic advice to leaders to ensure optimal workforce levels and capability are maintained.Help embed workforce, recruitment and resource planning tools and capability.Build and maintain productive working relationships with staff and leaders. About the individual:
Ideally looking for candidates with experience coordinating government recruitment processes.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience with project managementExperienced delivering outcomes on time.Experience taking ownership of your own development and growth applying your own knowledge and skills to solve problems collaboratively.High-level of attention to detail, including with drafting advertisements, processing forms and communicating with applicants.Work location: Brisbane CBD (5 days in office)Full-time: 36.25 hrs / weekCriminal history check requiredAt HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
