Workforce Recruiter role in Geelong, full time hours, minimum 12 month contract. Immediate start. Your new company This Government organisation in Geelong requires an experienced Recruiter to assist the Technology team. Your new role The Workforce Coordinator is a team membership position responsible for resolving recruitment issues and providing advice and support to the team in relation to workforce coordination and recruitment. Responsibilities will include; - Support the division with Recruitment and Lahour Hire Worker procurement - Provide administrative support, managing emails, meetings, creating documents and systems. - Identifying and prioritising business demands through co-coordinating, monitoring and collating data for workforce planning - Compliance related activities - What you'll need to succeed As this role is with a Federal Government Agency, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship. You will have demonstrated experience working in a complex recruiting environment, be agile and able to provide high-level advice on a range of complex activities. What you'll get in return This role is initially for 12 months (possibility for extension), pays $60.26 p/hr super and offers hybrid work set up.
