Workforce Planning & Rostering CoordinatorLocation: Adelaide, South Australia 5000Company: AusHealth incSalary: $36.80 - $39.40 per hour + Salary Packaging optionsGreat opportunity to build your career within the Health Industry!At AusHealth, we have a Full-Time role available in our Head Office in Underdale, as a Workforce Planning & Rostering Coordinator, where you will:Manage day to day roster changes for our Patient Liaison Team.Forecast and schedule rosters across multiple Client sites Nationally, ensuring optimal workforce deployment.Ensure seamless service delivery to our clients while enhancing operational efficiency.Strengthen workforce planning initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.Uphold AusHealth's values in everything you do.Operating hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays as required.
