At AusHealth, we have a Full-Time role available in our Head Office in Underdale, as a Workforce Planning & Rostering Coordinator, where you will:
Manage day to day roster changes for our Patient Liaison Team.Forecast and schedule rosters across multiple Client sites Nationally, ensuring optimal workforce deployment.Ensure seamless service delivery to our clients while enhancing operational efficiency.Strengthen workforce planning initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.Uphold AusHealth's values in everything you do.Operating across 7 days a week between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm, on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays as required. Relevant penalties apply for late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and roster management within a complex environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships across all levels of the organization.Skilled in Microsoft and a variety of digital applications.A proactive problem-solver with sound judgement and discretion.A strong commitment to people's wellbeing, coupled with a genuine customer-focused approach.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Impeccable organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanour.A lifelong learner, ready to grow and contribute to a values-driven team.So, why join us?
