Workforce Planning & Reporting Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations & Analytics, this role will be responsible for managing centre reporting, interpreting, analysing and providing recommendations to improve the divisional workforce to optimise efficiencies and increase customer experience and satisfaction. This role will be offered initially as a 7-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Key duties and responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reporting.You will liaise with internal teams and external Vendors to ensure our reporting data accuracy and system performance targets are met.Ensuring accurate and timely dashboard reports are available to stakeholders based on their needs.Manage the consolidation and analysis of data within a complex multi-system Omni channel environment (including front and back office) to provide clear and concise insights to support data driven decision making.Translate data into planned and actionable items.Providing advice, insights and assess performance variances to identify issues and possible solutions.Working Relationships Internal relationships – Customer Solutions Leadership Team, Customer Solutions Consultants, HR, Payroll & Finance.External Relationships – None.EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
Essential Minimum of 3+ years' experience within a planning analyst role.Experience in dealing with large data sets.Advanced Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail.A proven track record of delivering and driving results.Excellent interpersonal communication skills including ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders.High level of personal analytical skills, ability to establish clear actions and path to improvement through data interpretation and creation.Demonstrated success in translating statistical data.A high level of perceptiveness and business maturity with an ability to have insight into people-related issues that affect the Workforce Planning function.A high degree of flexibility with the ability to operate in a dynamic/changing environment.Good organisational & time management skills.If you meet the above criteria and you're seeking a rewarding career with a nationally recognised household brand, then we would love to hear from you.
