About The Role Casual opportunity.
You will be trusted to manage and optimize Sylvanvale's workforce to efficiently meet business needs whilst also ensuring operational effectiveness, contiguity of client supports and safety of our employees.
Your day will require you to problem solve, interpret workforce and shift data, create reports, find efficiencies and build strong relationships across all areas of our business.
It will provide you the opportunity to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time for the best customer experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Development of site based roster templates Replication of base rosters into live rosters Forecasting of rosters based on historical data Respond to unplanned leave Management of a shared inbox Approval of daily timesheets Completion of all jobs in a "ready" and "Progress" status.
About you Your ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks will be highly valued.
With proven business acumen skills, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and within a high performing team.
Essential Relevant industry experience in rostering and scheduling shift workers Experience in Award Interpretation, ideally SCHADS Solutions focused with a "can do" attitude.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrated budgeting skills and capacity to interpret financial and performance data.
A team player with excellent negotiation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills with a focus on Excel.
Resilient, flexible and creative with a sense of humour.
Desirable Experience within the Disability industry.
Workforce planning or similar qualifications.
Working knowledge of Skedulo/Lumary rostering systems.
You will require a current Australian Drivers licence, a full COVID 19 vaccination and booster and an offer will be subject to a police clearance, a current Working with Children Check and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
