About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Manager to lead our Planning team in delivering our Workforce Strategy. This critical position offers a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organisation.
In this role, you will lead workforce planning and reporting functions, provide expert strategic advice to stakeholders, and foster collaborative partnerships across the organisation. Working closely with our management team, you will help drive high-quality outcomes aligned with our organisational goals.
