The Team You are part of a diverse and energetic team responsible for forecasting (short, medium and long term) and scheduling of activities, as well as real time telephony and task optimisation of frontline areas such as Motor, Home, and Broker. Workload is comprised of both customer facing and task based activity and this team is responsible for making informed recommendations to the business about how best to manage present and future resources to produce the best possible customer experience.
Your duties and responsibilities Develop strategies and execute the end-to-end delivery of the Workforce Planning product to Hollard Operations. Using capability in data modelling and a continuous improvement mindset, re-design and implement Workforce Planning tools to assist in the distribution of fit-for-purpose insights across the business.  Develop and maintain reporting and insights data and rhythms that assist the operational areas make timely and informed decisions.  Assist the Workforce Planning teams, and operational stakeholders get the best out of our Workforce Management systems by understanding the art of the possible and building capability in matching the system outputs to business requirements.  Support both the workforce planning and real time functions from time to time  Identify potential risks to customer and operations metrics, as well as recommendations to mitigate these.  Manage communication across a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring understanding, and action (where necessary)  Forecasting resource requirements for the total Hollard Operations workforce across multiple skills, work streams, and locations to optimise efficiency. About You Strong understanding of best practice workforce management methodology Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and rapport at all levels Ability to manage and prioritise multiple high pressure tasks Superior organisational, planning and documentation skills.  Previous exposure to General Insurance (desirable) Working at Hollard At Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
