ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and analytical person to join the Cotton On team as a Workforce Planning Analyst. You will play a key role in providing insights and recommendations that support improved workforce planning outcomes, by boosting productivity and simplifying processes for teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Analysing workforce data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance overall efficiency.Providing insights of workforce planning priorities with our Retail and DC leaders to support cost avoidance.Understanding relevant awards or enterprise agreements to support compliance and efficiency.Analysing and reporting on compliance data, providing actionable recommendations.Supporting and influencing the SME program in all regions.If you have a passion for data analysis and strong problem-solving skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in a similar workforce planning role in a fast-paced retail environment.Experience with Dimensions / Kronos is essential.Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify opportunities.High level of decision making, organisational and communication skills.OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
